The Securities and Exchange Commission will be conducting a webinar for officers and directors of Stock and Non-Stock Corporations which are required to submit the General Information Sheet (GIS).
The said webinar is part of the Commission’s OUTREACH PROGRAM to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the concept of Beneficial Ownership (BO) and the requirement to disclose BO information in the GIS.
