The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has recently issued Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 115-2022 lifting the suspension on the issuance of Mission Orders (MOs) for the conduct of Tax Compliance Verification Drive (TCVD)/Tax Mapping activities.
The issuance of MOs other than for TCVD/Tax Mapping purposes shall remain suspended until further notice.
