The Securities and Exchange Commission issued a Notice dated March 30, 2022 on the submission of reports, viz:
“Effective April 1, 2022, all corporations (stock and non-stock) shall be required to submit their annual reportorial requirements through the Electronic Filing and Submission Tool (eFAST), previously called the Online Submission Tool (OST).”
It was reiterated that over-the-counter submission through appointment and through email shall no longer be accommodated.
