The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has recently issued the Revenue Memorandum Circulars No. 73-2021 to inform the availability of the New Business Registration (NewBizReg) Portal, a new gateway in the electronic submission of application for registration through email which is available to individual and non-individual business taxpayers.
