The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has recently issued Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 74-2021 that as part of the Bureau’s Digital Transformation Program, users of the BIR Website shall see an Intro Page (instead of the home page) of the website when they type www.bir.gov.ph. Through the placement of the Intro Page, users can directly access their desired content without having to go through the home page of the BIR website.
