Maria Cecelia R. Mendoza is the President and Co Founder of XMC Asia. She has a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) from University of Batangas. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Her more than 8 years of experience in the accounting profession enabled her to gain extensive background in all phases of accounting, payroll, taxation, PEZA compliance, business registration, internal and external audit, business process review, government reportorial compliances, strategic planning, project management, and business analysis for clients in various industries such manufacturing companies including those operating within special economic zones, hotel and restaurant, construction and development, real estate, not-for-profit organizations and associations, architecture, management companies and consultancy, legal and medical, merchandising and service companies and BPO among others.

Her aim is to exceed client’s expectations by giving them highly reasonable professional advice, unbiased and accurate reports and excellent client service.

Ms. Danao has gained experience in an accounting firm handling general accounting, payroll, financial reporting, government reporting and compliance in various industries such as consultancy services, BPO and real estate.

Her professional credentials were rooted from exemplary academic achievements, being a constant Academic Honor from primary school up to college.

She is a Certified Public Accountant and had a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from University of Rizal System

Mr. Baon, with over eight years of experience in accounting and tax practice, has ascended from auditor and tax associate roles to become a trusted Tax Consultant.

Mr. Baon has more than eight years of experience in accounting and tax practice. A product of various auditing, accounting and consulting firms, he started his career as an auditor and tax associate and from there he grew as a Tax Accountant to Tax Supervisor then Finance Manager up to being a trustworthy Tax Consultant.

His perseverance and determination towards his craft was due to his endurance as a student and administrative assistant all throughout his college years in University of Batangas while taking up Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.

Aside from being a full-time accountant and tax expert, he is a licensed real estate broker and TESDA NCIII Certified Bookkeeper.

Miss Oval is a youth leader-turned-experienced certified public accountant. She started her career being exposed to verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; and obtaining authorization of payment. She has been introduced to and eventually mastered preparation of financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Her bookkeeping expertise also contributed to her wide knowledge on preparation of financial and tax documents.

Having six years of experience, she is now a seasoned accountant in maintaining financial security by following internal accounting controls and completing data base backups.

She hails from Surigao del Norte as an alumna of St. Paul University holding the degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.

Ms. Anabe is the living definition of hardworking, goal-oriented, highly motivated and resourceful person when it comes to accounting works. Her six years of exposure to field and office work led to her proficiency as an accountant-on-the-go.

She is a competent professional in providing services such as preparation of financial reports and audit financial statements for clients and various government agencies; Setting up of clients customized accounting systems using accounting softwares like QuickBooks; designing effective internal control and create accountable forms; business registration; bookkeeping, payroll and other mandatory contributions processing and tax preparation.

She is also a product of St. Paul University Surigao where she finished her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.

Mark Kelvin C. Pascual is a Certified Public Accountant with wide experience in accounting, auditing, bookkeeping and taxation. He has also performed business advisory services to multinational and local clients in different industries such as digital media, digital publishing, manufacturing, e-commerce, food and retail chains, freight and logistics, and business process outsourcing, among others.

He specializes in audit of small to medium enterprises, accounting for industries with large-scale transactions, outsourced bookkeeping, and tax compliance.

He was a consistent academic scholar of Our Lady of Fatima University – Antipolo Campus where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree.
