Responsibilities:
- Conduct SEO research to understand search trends, organic traffic opportunities, and gaps in our customers’ search experience for ideation of new content & SEO Method
- Prioritize SEO initiatives based on strategic importance to the business and impact
- Reviewing and analyzing websites for areas that can be improved and optimized
- Monitor and report on SEO performance and prepare detailed strategy reports
- Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic
- Filling websites and other content with effective keywords
- Advise our editorial team on how to write effective SEO content for blogs, websites and social media accounts.
- Strong organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Experience with Hootsuite, WordPress, Google Analytics, Facebook ads.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships.
- Team player, with the confidence to lead and guide other colleagues when necessary.
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools/software quickly.
- Developing link building strategies and execute them with support
- Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
- Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelines
- Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines
- Write asset optimization requirements for web development to execute
- Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs and running social media campaigns.
- Develop and maintain an annual social media calendar to include affiliate/sponsored posts, paid advertisements, blogging, and event promotion.
- Copywriting for the company blog.
- Produce social media reports on a quarterly basis for our affiliate partners.
- Develop and execute social media advertising campaign concepts.
- Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs.
- Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
Minimum Qualifications
- We’re seeking an analytical, creative, and insightful SEO Specialist to grow traffic through organic search. The ideal candidate constantly seeks to hone their craft of SEO, stays up-to- date on industry trends, and is endlessly curious about customer behaviors.
- The SEO Specialist will partner with cross-functional teams and provide clear guidance on content and page-level optimizations. Content ideation, distribution strategy and execution are key aspects of this role.
- A successful candidate will develop strong relationships with content teams and embed in content workflows as an SEO subject matter expert.
- Prior experience in content marketing, content growth and SEO
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Very familiar with working with Google analytics, Facebook ads and other tracking tools (Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Ahref, Moz, etc.).
- Experience with website optimization tools
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
- Experience coordinating SEO initiatives in a complex, international organization.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
