• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.

  • Experience in outsourced payroll services as a vendor is a plus but not required.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Demonstrates a great deal of customer service focus and keenness to details.
  • Demonstrates ability in working using different MS Office tools.
  • Strong work ethic and team player.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll and tax regulations.

  • Responsible for payroll processing tasks which include, but are not limited to consolidation of payroll inputs, completion of payroll summaries, review of payroll registers, and generation of bank files.
  • Manage all assigned clients end to end payroll responsibilities.
  • Ensure turnaround time of the concerns raised by the clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
  • Ensure that the clients strictly comply with the Service level agreement provided during implementation.
  • Follow the administrative policies of FiliPay.com and the policies of the client’s organization.
  • Validates and computes the final payment of the separated employees.
  • Build a strong relationship with the client’s personnel and management.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required.
