QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential data/information.
- Basic understanding of payroll systems/platforms.
- Experience in outsourced payroll services as a vendor is a plus but not required.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Demonstrates a great deal of customer service focus and keenness to details.
- Demonstrates ability in working using different MS Office tools.
- Strong work ethic and team player.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll and tax regulations.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to communicate with various levels of management.
- Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Can work under pressure.
- Can work with a minimal supervision.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for payroll processing tasks which include, but are not limited to consolidation of payroll inputs, completion of payroll summaries, review of payroll registers, and generation of bank files.
- Manage all assigned clients end to end payroll responsibilities.
- Ensure turnaround time of the concerns raised by the clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions
- Ensure that the clients strictly comply with the Service level agreement provided during implementation.
- Follow the administrative policies of FiliPay.com and the policies of the client’s organization.
- Validates and computes the final payment of the separated employees.
- Build a strong relationship with the client’s personnel and management.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required.
