In line with the Advisory issued by the BIR and the Securities and Exchange Commission’s recognition of the challenges in the preparation and finalization of the AFS, the Commission further extends the deadline for the submission of Annual Reports for the calendar year ended December 31, 2020 to June 1, 2021 from May 17, 2021.
Likewise, considering that the Statement of Financial Position as of the calendar year ended December 31, 2020 is required to be presented in the Interim Financial Statements, the Commission also extends the deadline for the submission of Quarterly Reports for the period ended March 31, 2021 to June 1, 2021.
